Please try to arrive on time as appointments are back-to-back. Arrivals 10+ minutes late will incur a £5 late fee. Arrivals 20+ minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled. Please notify me as soon as possible if you're running late.
The remaining balance (after your £10 deposit) is payable on the day in cash or card. No need to worry about it in advance — just come ready to enjoy your appointment!
Come with a clean, moisturised face — avoid heavy skincare products on the day. Bring any inspiration photos or references. Wear a top that buttons or zips to avoid disrupting your makeup when changing. And most importantly — relax and enjoy the experience!
